Do you use local shrimp?
3
We use verified local shrimp when available (there is a season). And if we are unable to supply local then we will use East Coast (US) wild caught shrimp. Under no circumstances will we knowingly serve or provide foreign or farm raised shrimp. Our suppliers are also local businesses (not from the grocery store).
